Zena-- "Aug. 14 not quite 2 months into sf. The changes are apparent. 7 pounds down. Went from a 36 to a 34 in my chest area, waist from a 37 down to a 33, hips 42 to a 40. Last weekend went shopping and since June I have gone from a 10 into a 6 feels great to see my body finally changing I have always had the stomach and no matter how slim I got it was there and for the first time since I was 12 it is going away. I still have another 30 days left on my 90 day challenge and another 15 pounds to my weight loss goal but I do see it becoming a reality. Oh I will be 50 on sept 29 and I feel better today then I did when I turned 40."
